Michelle Laxalt, MSW, LCSW

Michelle brings to Alliance Counseling Center, a clinical background involving intensive therapy work with severely emotionally disturbed children and adolescents, families, and adults having various mental health and addiction issues. Clinical work has been provided in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and group homes. Michelle is skilled in facilitating therapeutic support and process groups, often utilizing Art Therapy and Play Therapy to help her clients deepen their understanding and experience. Utilizing various techniques to meet the needs of her clients, Michelle brings about a fresh outlook and new perspective within the therapeutic process and she is committed to enhancing the strengths within each individual.
